What is the “live-in caregiver program?”

It is a (Canadian) government run program to help employers (families) hire local or overseas nannies (caregivers) to take care of their children, or elderly parents, or even to help with someone who is disabled.

Each province in Canada has additional rules and regulations to follow as well.
